A hexagonal chess board for over the board play, perfect for home and club use. It allows for fun and exciting play of these interesting chess variants. Featuring 91 hexagonal squares of three different colours.
You can play two existing variants: Glinski’s Chess and McCooey’s Chess. Glinski’s requires extra Bishop and Pawn for each side, but McCooey’s uses extra Bishop and one less Pawn for each side.
The fabric board rolls up so it’s compact. Portable so you can take it anywhere. It is durable, and wipe clean.
The board is the perfect size for standard size pieces. Each Hexagonal Square is 40mm across flats. Overall, the board is 500mm wide.
Visible rank and file labels, so you can easily write down moves.
