DeWalt’s DWV9000 AirLock connector is known for its inconsistent fit. The problem comes from the tools themselves: DeWalt’s male AirLock spigots vary from roughly 42–43 mm, so the DWV9000 often sits loose, rattles, and fails to seal properly.
This upgraded AirLock-compatible connector eliminates those issues. It uses a precision internal profile and an O-ring interface to create a reliable, airtight fit across the full tool spigot tolerance range. A larger, more robust outer grip makes attachment and removal easier, even with gloves.
It also broadens compatibility beyond the standard DWV9000, connecting directly to standard 32mm ID spiral vacuum hose and 44–45 mm OD vacuum nozzles, including the DeWalt DXV70 series.
